SENIOR DOWNSIZING & HOME TRANSITION SERVICES · MINNESOTA NORTH METRO

The move isn’t the hardest part. It’s deciding what comes with you.

Wild Women Transitions helps seniors and their families sort a lifetime of belongings, pack what’s moving, coordinate trusted professionals, settle into the new home, and prepare the old home for what comes next.

Serving Anoka, Andover, Ramsey, Coon Rapids, Champlin, Blaine, Ham Lake and nearby North Metro communities.

A whole house can make one next step feel impossible.

Maybe Mom is moving to senior living. Maybe Dad is ready for something smaller. Maybe you live out of state and need someone local you can trust. The challenge is rarely just boxes—it’s decades of belongings, family decisions, donations, movers, timelines, paperwork, and the emotional weight of getting it right.

We bring one calm plan to the entire transition.

What we help with

Downsizing & decision support
Work room by room to decide what moves, goes to family, is sold, donated, recycled, or removed.

Packing & move preparation
Label, organize, pack and prepare what is making the move.

Move coordination
Coordinate schedules with movers, senior communities, donation partners, cleaners and other trusted vendors.

New-home setup
Unpack essentials, make the bed, set up the kitchen and bathroom, place familiar items, and make the new space feel like home.

Old-home clear-out & reset
Coordinate donations and removal so the home is ready for cleaning, listing or the next step.

One person. One plan. Start to finish.

1 · Talk — Start with a free 20-minute consultation.

2 · Walk through — We see the home, understand the destination and identify what matters most.

3 · Make the plan — We map out sorting, packing, vendors, timeline and responsibilities.

4 · Do the work — We help sort, pack, coordinate and keep the project moving.

5 · Settle in — We help make the new home functional and familiar.

6 · Finish the old home — We coordinate the final clear-out and handoff.

For families who can’t do it all themselves

You may be juggling work, kids, travel, health concerns, or living in another state. We can be your local point person—keeping the project organized, helping your parent make decisions at a respectful pace, and coordinating the moving pieces so you don’t have to manage every detail from afar.

For Realtors & senior communities

You sell the house. We’ll help handle what’s inside it.

When a client is stuck because the home is full, the transition can delay the move, the listing and the family’s next step. Wild Women Transitions can support sorting, packing, move coordination, donations, clear-out and home handoff so your client has a clear path forward.

Hi, I’m Victoria.

I’m Victoria, the owner of Wild Women Transitions. When you’re inviting someone into your parent’s home to help sort through decades of belongings, trust matters. I want families to know exactly who they’re calling and who will be walking through the door.

My role is to be the calm, local person who helps you make a plan, protect what matters, communicate clearly, and keep the transition moving at a respectful pace.

Wild Women Transitions was created for the part of moving that families rarely know how to manage: the decisions, the coordination and the dozens of small details between “we need to move” and “we’re finally settled.”

Our role is to bring structure without taking over, protect what matters, and help families move forward with less chaos.

Common questions

Do you actually move furniture?
We coordinate with licensed movers for transportation and heavy moving. Our focus is planning, sorting, packing, coordination, setup and transition support.

Can you help if I live out of state?
Yes. We can act as the local point person and keep you updated throughout the project.

Do you do estate cleanouts?
Yes, as part of a transition or home reset. We coordinate donation, recycling and removal based on the project.

What if we don’t know what to keep yet?
That’s normal. We can slow the process down, create decision categories and start with what is easiest.

Do you sell items for us?
We can help identify items for review and coordinate appropriate resale or estate-sale resources when it makes sense.

You don’t have to figure out the whole house before you ask for help.

Tell us what’s happening, where the home is, and what feels overwhelming. We’ll help you identify the next best step.
